DMCA Policy

1. Overview

Scripts Viral respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through Scripts Viral infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

1. Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Scripts Viral to locate the material (such as a URL).
4. Contact information for the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or San Francisco County, California if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

5. Process After Receiving Counter-Notification

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Scripts Viral will promptly provide the original complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification. We will inform the complaining party that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days. We will then replace the removed material and restore access unless our DMCA Agent receives notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Scripts Viral has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

7. Content in Our Viral Scripts Library

Our Viral Scripts Library contains transcriptions and analyses of publicly available TikTok videos. This content is used for educational and analytical purposes to help creators understand effective video structures and techniques.

• Your name and contact information
• A link to your original content
• A link or description of where your content appears on our platform
• Your preference (removal from library or continued inclusion with attribution)

We respect creators and will work with you to address your concerns promptly.

8. Good Faith Use of AI-Generated Content

Scripts Viral uses AI to help users create original content. Users are responsible for ensuring that their final content does not infringe on others' copyrights. We encourage users to use our tools as a starting point for creating original content rather than copying existing works verbatim.

9. Modifications to This Policy

Scripts Viral reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new DMCA Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
