Scripts Viral ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered SaaS platform for generating and analyzing short-form video scripts. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our subscription services. By subscribing to Scripts Viral, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer the following paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually:
- Creator Plan – $19/month (1,000 credits)
- Pro Plan – $37/month (4,000 credits)
- Studio Plan – $99/month (10,000 credits)
All plans include immediate access to AI script generation, analysis tools, the viral script library, and other platform features upon payment.
3. Digital Service Delivery
Scripts Viral is a digital service. Upon subscribing, you receive immediate access to all features included in your plan. Because the service is delivered instantly and credits can be used immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments once the service has been accessed. We log all service delivery events (logins, script generations, analyses, exports) to maintain accurate records of service usage.
4. When Refunds May Be Granted
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Service unavailability: If the platform experienced significant downtime during your billing period and you were unable to use the service, verified by our monitoring systems.
- Billing errors: If you were charged after a cancellation was properly submitted before the renewal date.
5. When Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after subscribing and have already used the service.
- You did not use the service during your billing period (credits are available throughout the period).
- You are dissatisfied with AI-generated output (output quality varies and is influenced by input quality).
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.
- Credits that were used or expired are non-refundable.
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to all features until then. To cancel:
- Go to Settings in your dashboard
- Click Manage Subscription
- Follow the prompts to cancel in the Stripe billing portal
You will receive a confirmation email upon cancellation. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the change processes in time.
7. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting information (e.g., screenshot of duplicate charge)
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond via email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is under review. We maintain detailed records of service delivery, usage activity, and account access to respond to any disputes. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
